 نفكر أحيانا كثيرة فى حياة الشيطان، كيف هى، ومن أين جاءت ذريته، وما لذي تقوله كتب التراث فى ذلك؟ من المؤكد أن للشيطان "ذرية" فقد وردت نصوص كثيرة تؤكد ذلك، واستدل بعض العلماء على ذلك بقوله تعالى فى أزواج أهل الجنة فى سورة الرحمن (لم يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إنسٌ قبلهم ولا جانٌّ) والطمث فى لغة العرب: الجماع، وذكر السفارينى (إن الجن يتوالدون، كما يتوالد بنو آدم، وهم أكثر عدداً) وسواء أصح هذا الحديث أم لم يصح، فإن الآية صريحة فى أن الجن يتأتى منهم الطمث، كما تقول سورة الكهف (أفتتخذونه وذريَّته أولياء من دونى وهم لكم عدو) وقال قتادة "أولاد الشيطان يتوالدون كما يتوالد بنو آدم، وهم أكثر عدداً ". فى كتاب أساطير مقدسة لـ وليد فكرى، يورد القصص والحكايات الغريبة التى تتعلق بوجود الشيطان فى الأرض، فيقول: "لما أنزل إلى الأرض حاول أن يختلط بالجن، الذين كانوا قد طردوا إلى الجزر والخرائب والجبال، فنفروا من هيئته الجديدة، وكان قد عوقب بتبديلها لهيئة بشعة، ورفضوه إلا بعضهم من العصاة، فأصبحوا من جنوده وانضموا إلى زمرة الشياطين".   ويصف كتاب عرائس المجالس لـ الثعالبى هبوط إبليس ويسميه ا...
